Mankind can no longer ignore the fact that, the Israeli–Palestinian conflict is having drastic repercussions throughout the world. Many believe this conflict to be the root cause of the global radical Islamic terrorist movement and that, stopping it will cause radical factions throughout the world to at least pause their current global campaign. Every act of violence and inhumanity triggers, sometimes exponentially, evermore-violent responses by both fanatics and rational partisans alike whose causes, in some instances, may actually be noble but whose acts are horribly destructive.
A 54-year cycle of Israeli-Palestinian peace talks followed by horrific fighting, followed by more peace talks and other "peace initiatives," followed by more violence has resulted in total failure. As evidenced by the September 11th tragedy, the blood of radical fanaticism on both sides has overflowed the Middle East and is now washing up on the shores of Europe, Asia and the United States.
It is time for those who have a vested interest in sustaining the current state of chaos and violence to stand aside so that the truth can be dragged out into the light of day and peace and prosperity can once again be the right of all who are willing to work for it.
